The Latest Internet "Apple Diet" Reference
What's the catch?

 

This diet, like many, requires commitment. Eating 3 apples a day and a lowfat diet, along with exercise may work - but that is a LOT of apple eating per week. When you get sick of eating copious amounts of apples weekly, and stop the regimen - will you gain it all back? Well, then give it a whirl.

Ok, it sounds somewhat healthy. BUT - we noted several things about the presentation / advertisement of this Apple Diet, that gave us pause. Being sponsored by GOLD'S GYM, for one.

View the before and after photos here. You will notice the majority of "before" shots are people slouching, not smiling and they have no tans or dyed skin. The "after" shots have many people posing confidently with muscle flexes and stomachs sucked tightly inward, people smiling, different hair styles & colors, different background colors and many have extremely tanned & oiled skin. If these indeed are average folk, they wouldn't be oiled down on the after shots.
