This diet, like many, requires commitment. Eating 3 apples a day and a lowfat diet, along with exercise may work - but that is a LOT of apple eating per week. When you get sick of eating copious amounts of apples weekly, and stop the regimen - will you gain it all back? Well, then give it a whirl. Ok,
it sounds somewhat healthy. BUT - we noted several things about the
presentation / advertisement of this Apple Diet, that gave us pause.
