Turkey Salad Turkey Salad

Ingredients
1 pound boneless, skinless turkey breast(s), cooked and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/3 cup(s) fat-free mayonnaise
1/4 cup(s) low-fat plain yogurt
1/4 cup(s) scallion(s), chopped
1/4 cup(s) chopped walnuts, toasted
2 tbsp dried cranberries
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp table salt, or to taste
1/8 tsp black pepper, or to taste
4 cup(s) romaine lettuce, torn


Instructions
Combine ingredients in bowl and mix well. Serve over salad greens.

Turn leftover turkey into a tasty meal. This salad is delicious on its own or wrapped in a flour tortilla.
