Cottage Cheese
& Yogurt

Zone Diet

Cottage Cheese & Fruit

3/4 cup no or low fat cottage cheese
Peaches - fresh or water packed - 2 cups
1 tbsp almonds (whole raw almonds)

Mix and eat. Very balanced and will fill you up and stay with you for several hours.
Drink 8 oz of water if possible.
